Springtime flowers are made for this wild weather, and do not even seem to notice…

The Willamette Valley of Oregon, where I live, got walloped by a big ice storm this Valentine’s Day weekend, 2021.

Oregon's Flow Resale might be young, but they sure have a level of charm that many more seasoned bands can only dream of.

The best part of late winter is tulips begin appearing. They are one of my favorite flowers, though they aren't around for as long as I'd like them to be. (Roses, for instance, can hang around this area for half the year.) But because of that tulips symbolize the return of spring to me. New life is here, and many other flowers will soon appear as well. Oh, and the amazing Wooden Shoe tulip farm will soon open. Can't wait for that!

I have two cherry trees by my kitchen at my new house, and both are exploding all over with cherries now. As I was making dinner tonight, I grabbed my Canon 6D with my Lensbaby Velvet 56 lens and took a few quick shots. Here they all are, unedited.
